Abortion is the consented and non-consensual interruption of pregnancy; it can be generated spontaneously when the mother suffers from some physiological abnormality or caused maliciously through medical intervention.
Enshrined in the Republic Constitution, the Right to life of human being is the elementary form of social expression known to all time, because the State would not exist, without society, we would not group together to practice democracy and solve common problems without the biological function of engendering and reproducing.
Internationally recognized, this right has the function of putting the unborn life first, before any intention of the mother or a third person, allowing it to grow properly until the birth, because it is completely independent and therefore its existence is guaranteed, causing the law to establish a legal shield in favor of the unborn. The conceived has the guarantee that the State protects him and the legal system obliges all citizens to know that the existence of life from conception, it will be able to express itself through stimuli that differentiate it from the progenitor, turning it into a way of life that must be protected and although the unborn does not have the possibility of speaking, it is a human being.
