Políticas de copyright

El Copyright de la revista Sinapsis, se encuentran protegidos por la Ley de Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual del Ecuador (http://www.sice.oas.org/int_prop/nat_leg/ecuador/L320a.asp), la cual, posee el objeto de proteger todas las obras del ingenio, en el ámbito literario o artístico, cualquiera que sea su género, forma de expresión, mérito o finalidad.
El Copyright posee el propósito de proteger tanto la propiedad intelectual de los autores como sus resultados. El comité editorial de la Revista Científica Sinapsis se compromete con los autores a proteger, defender y preservar tanto su trabajo como su reputación, y toma muy en serio las acusaciones de infracción, plagio, disputas éticas y fraude. Si un autor se da cuenta de un posible plagio, copia de resultados, fraude o infracción, le rogamos que se comunique con la mayor brevedad posible con el comité editorial de la revista Sinapsis.

The Author declares and guarantees that:
1.- The Work is an original work of the Author.
2.- The Author has not transferred, and will not transfer, the exclusive rights to the Work to a third party.
3.- The Work is not under evaluation in another scientific journal.
4.- The Work was not published in another scientific journal.
5.- The Work does not contain any misrepresentation or infringement of work owned by other authors or third parties.
6.- The Work does not contain any defamation, invasion of privacy or any other illegal matter.
7.- The work does not contain discriminatory, slanderous, xenophobic, libelous, obscene, fraudulent or any other illegal material; and neither the work nor the title violates any copyright, literary right, trademark or property right of third parties.
