Mission
Sinapsis is a non-profit magazine that has a biannual frequency, the result of the management of the Portoviejo Superior Technological Institute, whose work team is made up of an interdisciplinary group of specialists with international recognition, who work with the purpose of disseminating material that contributes to the preservation, dissemination and application of scientific production, both international and national, providing facilities and preferences to the scientific production of the province and the region.

Because it is a publication available on the Web, it is accessible practically from all over the world, which makes it a means of disseminating the production of scientific knowledge generated by researchers from different branches of science.
Sinapsis has a specialized thematic profile in different lines of scientific research as it publishes works related to the social and educational sciences, Information and Communication Technologies, the humanistic sciences (which include the health sciences).
Scope
The Sinapsis Scientific Journal is pleased to invite national and international students, teachers, and researchers to participate in the preparation and presentation of scientific articles in the areas of: Social Sciences and Education, Information and Communication Technologies, and Sciences. humanities, with the aim of promoting research and scientific communication among professionals, with an innovative sense and aimed at the benefit of science. investigative.
Thematic objectives of the Journal:
The objective of this magazine is to disseminate articles from the specialties of Social Sciences and Education, Information and Communication Technologies and Humanistic Sciences, on the basis of scientific publications, logically structured of social transformation and human improvement of those who write and those who write. read; in the light of ethics and responsibility in the community.
Related to the objective SINAPSIS is a journal aimed at researchers who disseminate the results of their work through full articles, short communications, review article, abstracts of doctoral theses and master's theses.
The articles published in the SINAPSIS Journal are reviewed by blind peer reviewers, researchers specialized in the different topics covered by the SINAPSIS journal.
Coverage:
SINAPSIS publishes original research of scientific interest, on any topic related to Social Sciences and Education, Information and Communication Technologies and Humanistic Sciences. The journal only welcomes clearly defined works within this line of research.
Furthermore, SINAPSIS does not publish works that are already present on the internet, so it explicitly asks those who submit their proposals for an ethical commitment in this regard. The journal trusts the authors, so it does not oblige them to sign any letter of originality. However, the discovery of simultaneous submissions to other journals or parallel publications will imply the withdrawal of the work, even if the SINAPSIS website has already been published.
Periodicity:
Sinapsis is a biannual magazine, which includes two periods: January to June and July to December. The issue included in the first period (January to June) is published in June, while the one corresponding to the second period (July to December) is published in December.
